Tim Ryan Takes Top Honors at First Annual Homebrew Competition

Pizzeria Paradiso and The DC Hombrewers Club are pleased to present the winner of the First Annual Pizzeria Paradiso Homebrew Competition! From a pool of 40 entries one beer rose to the top, and first place was awarded to Hotel Amarillo brewed by Tim Ryan! This 5.7% New England IPA is hopped with Amarillo, Mosaic, and Falconer's Flight. The beer boasts notes of fruit and orange juice with low bitterness and a soft, creamy mouthfeel. Tim Ryan's award-winning recipe will be scaled up by DC Brau, and poured across all Pizzeria Paradiso locations. Keep an eye out for the beer on draft later this summer.

3rd - Jeff Sullenberger Happy Little Clouds
