Ruth Gresser opened Pizzeria Paradiso in Dupont Circle in November, 1991, so that she could make the kind of pizza she longed for but couldn’t find. What she ended up creating was a deliciously cheesy pizza empire, with locations now in Georgetown (where we filmed), Old Town Alexandria, Hyattsville, and Spring Valley. On this episode of At the Table (with Austa), we sat down with Executive Beverage Director and beer connoisseur, Drew McCormick. We got to talk to her about her passion for beer and what she really thinks about being a woman in a male-dominated field of work.
