The Pizzeria Paradiso JulyPA Special Pizza

A classic combo of ricotta cheese, roasted local apricots and peaches, basil and prosciutto -returns to Pair perfectly with the IPA of your choice. We’re partnering again this year with Black Rock Orchard, a family-owned orchard set on 92 acres of land growing 77 varieties of fruit. Black Rock Orchard’s produce can only be found at farmers markets in the region. We met Emily Zaas and David Hochheimer at the Fresh Farms Dupont Circle Farmer’s Market and with them have created many savory fruit pizzas.
